Sanjeev Gupta is a CA with more than 25 years of Merchant Banking experience in the Power sector (especially Solar) Financing. Trained in 'Due-Diligence, Valuation of Enterprise, Venture Capital & Private Equity Industry' at a special course conducted at Singapore in 1996.

He has deep understanding of innovative financing to Infrastructure Sector. He has provided integrated funding solutions mainly for Debt & Equity. He is accredited with more than Rs. 60, 000 Cr (US $ 9 bn) of Fund raising including for Gujarat State (since 2000), Himachal, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, AP; besides leading Power sector corporates of India.

Under his leadership "NEXGEN" has developed & exhibited specific focus & expertise in Solar Power Financing & related Policy Advocacy, having been :

* appointed as Financial Advisor, Gujarat Solar Mission since 2009.

* Achieved Financial Closure in excess of 200 MW (8% of India's Solar Financing)

Mr. Dev Raj Goel is a retired Senior Government Official and has served many prestigious positions during his tenure with Government of Delhi. Apart from his excellent relationship skills, he has enviable networking with many bureaucrats especially in banking and finance industry. He holds a Master's Degree in Arts and Education, Bachelor degree in Law and Diploma in Planning and Management from National Institute of Education Planning and Administration (NIEPA).

Ms. Namita Gupta is a qualified BHMS. She has more than five years of capital market experience covering both equity and debt.

On the equity side she holds core merchant banking experience which includes issue management, document preparation, due diligence, capital structuring, preparation of research reports, investor presentations, issue marketing and final discussions with the investors.

On the debt and restructuring side her experience includes research on the debt market and structuring of the bankable information memorandum.
