- All the complaints received through E-mail/Post till 5:00 p.m in the evening shall be advised of receipt of the complaints during the day itself by E-mail, if the applicant E-mail id is available. In any other case, the same will be advised not later than the next working day.
- The various complaints received from the investors shall be satisfactorily answered in a maximum period of three working days.
- In case of no/unsatisfactory reply by the Nodal Officer, the investors are requested to forward their response immediately to "Compliance Officer" in the company by Post/E-mail & Fax at the following contact details

- The Compliance Officer shall got the matter examined and thereafter record his findings on the matter. Thereafter, the matter shall be placed to Investor Grievance Redressal Committee for disposal. In any case, the investor shall be advised of the redressal of their complaints in not more than 7 (Seven) working days of the receipt of the complaints by the Compliance Officer.
NEXGEN expects to satisfactorily address the Investors Complaint through the above complaint redressal mechanism including constant review at periodic levels to bring high level of investors satisfaction.
